From enhancing the ability and power of our flagship product, SCAS (Supply Chain Automation Suite) to having the honor of speaking at some of the industry's most reputable events, showing people the power of reimagining their supply chains with the power of AI. So we want to take this time to recap our accomplishments from 2021.

This year has been a year of partnerships. The first signed partnership agreement was witnessed by Malaysia’s premier government investment agency, MIDA (Malaysian Investment Development Authority), and it was a MoU signed between Seeloz, Microsoft Malaysia, and the Malaysian government to support and strengthen Malaysia’s key sectors in “manufacturing, oil and gas, utilities, palm oil, and public services”

“The collaboration between Microsoft and Seeloz looks to spearhead supply chain transformation and modernize Malaysia’s supply chain-related industries through the power of AI. This will forthrightly benefit our Malaysian manufacturers to remain sustainable and resilient through better business practices and approaches.” said Mr. Arham Abdul Rahman, CEO of MIDA.

Cambridge Corporate University (CCU)

Secondly, during the summer we signed a global partnership agreement with Cambridge Corporate University (CCU). With this partnership, Seeloz and CCU officially launched the CCU Seeloz Center of Excellence through the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics with a charter  to scale and facilitate the development of practical knowledge related to supply chain automation through artificial intelligence.

“We view today’s milestone of launching this CCU Seeloz COE as a key towards the market education journey.  Whenever we are addressing top management and the executives, there is always an appeal for what this technology can provide; from operational excellence, digital transformation, and financial value to the organization.” Dr. Mohamed Aly, CEO

IR4.0 and U.S. Smart Technologies Series

It was also a busy year for speaking engagements (albeit virtually). We were honored to be given the opportunity to speak about the importance of reimagining and redesigning a supply chain for the future - a supply chain powered by AI and free from the limits of human capacity.

CEO Dr. Mohamed Aly and COO Amir Razelan spoke at the American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) for their IR4.0 and U.S. Smart Technologies Series discussing the importance of smart supply chains for 2022 and beyond.

“Companies now need to plan and look into their supply chain strategies to become more resilient, collaborative, and networked with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. To do that, they must increase investment in supply chain technologies like AI and robotic process automation while retraining workers.”

The Penang Dialogue

Mohamed Aly then spoke at The Penang Dialogue, AMCHAM’s signature event and this year it was about “Malaysia’s reopening to a rapidly changing world.” Mohamed, along with other guests, discussed how Malaysia can strengthen their role in the global supply chain.

“The Penang Dialogue is the Chamber’s annual signature program that brings together AMCHAM members with key stakeholders from industry, local government, thought leaders and academia to discuss core themes related to doing business in Malaysia, emphasizing Malaysia’s role in the global value chain."

Ingress Auto Ventures

Thirdly, our team spent the last year completing the development of our ARP (Autonomous Requirements Planning) engine and integrated our pipeline, making it fully functional with Microsoft Azure. The amazing engineering and data science team also completed our maiden voyage implementation with Ingress Auto Ventures, a Malaysian company, and when shown the potential ROI that SCAS can provide for just a fraction of their inventory, Datin Sri Farah, director at Ingress said “we haven’t encountered this ROI before.”

Advanced Electronics Company (AEC)

Lastly, Seeloz signed a strategic partnership with Advanced Electronics Company (AEC), a Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) company, to support the Saudi logistics and supply chain ecosystem with AI & automation technology and further enhance operational efficiency for the major strategic sectors in Saudi Arabia including defense, Oil & Gas, utilities, public services, manufacturing and distribution.

This strategic partnership will see the collaboration of the two companies to further accelerate the introduction of Seeloz’s Supply Chain Automation Suite (SCAS) in the Middle East and African markets.
